Smoothie bowl recipe!

Hello there wonderful followers! I hope that you are having a good week, my wednesday post is a bit late, but better late than never hey! So todays post is a recipe! If you have been anywhere near instagram you have most probably seen one of these fabidocsous creations before, if not well here is one!

Here is my recipe, and it tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients:

  • 1 flat peach or half a normal one. πŸ‘
  • 1 or 2 bananas. 🍌
  • 1 handful of raspberries.πŸ‡
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, or honey. (depending on whether you’re vegan or just your personal preference) 🍯
  • A splash of almond milk, and a few ice cubes.

For topping :

  • Prepped fruit, (figues, passion fruit, berries..)
  • Muesli if you please!

Method:

Once you have chopped the ingredients, chuck them in a blender, and give it a good ol’ wiz until there are no bits left.

Now pour it into a bowl and add your toppings, for a tasty and oh so very instagram worthy breakfast!

Mine was a bit liquid, so be careful not to put too much milk in it, you can always add more if you need! Enjoy.
