So in a recent post I talked about making sure to eat breakfast everyday, because hey : Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
So this post is if you too, have not much time to eat in the mornings, or you simply get bored of cornflakes.. These things do happen! So here are 3 different breakfast ideas, some for the days you have time, some for when you need something quick, and one or two you can prepare the night before, all of them tasty and also healthy. Lets get started!
- Avocado’s and poached egg on toast.
Super healthy and full of protein this takes under 10 minutes to cook up, and will have you full until lunch = No unhealthy snacks.
2. Chia seed pudding.
This one is one of my favorites! I prep it in the evening and pull it out of the fridge in the morning add some fresh fruit, and eat it. This one is filling, full of protein, fiber, antioxidants and is delicious . See how to make yours here :
The night before, you want to put 5 tbsp of chia seeds in a cup + 1 tsp of cacao powder + 1 tbsp of water (coconut if you please) + 8 tbsp of any type of milk. Leave in the fridge over night and mix before serving with fresh fruit.
3. Apple with peanut butter.
This is super easy! Just core your apple, cut it in slices, and spread with peanut butter! Healthy, quick and can be made to look like a donut, although I just wouldn’t…
So there you go ! Here are 3 breakfast idea’s that are the bomb! Eat up, and be healthy!
